The death has occurred of Maurice McCarthy, O’Shea’s Green, Tinnakilly, Rosbercon, New Ross, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of The Rower, Co. Kilkenny on Tuesday 9th September 2025.

Beloved husband of Bessie, cherished father of Carmel, Lisa, Elaine, Michael and the late Paul. Pre-deceased by his loving sister Noeleen.

Sadly, missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren Caoimhe, Kieran, Anna, Luke, Rob and Noah, brothers, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Maurice’s Funeral Mass took place on Friday, September 12th in St. Anne’s Church, Rathgarogue, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
